Our Time-to-Intelligence Assessment is intended to quickly assess your KPI initiative needs and devise a plan to deliver your intelligence needs, with a scalable solution.  This approach eliminates the need for high cost, long-term projects and multiple infrastructure upgrades.  Unlike consultants, we are not interested in long engagements, but rather focus on outcomes and results to allow you to quickly:

Our Time-to-Intelligence Assessment includes:

Pre-assessment

• Visit, gather preliminary requirements, and outline a high-level approach,
• budget for next phase of the detailed assessment
• Pre-assessment is done at no cost

Discovery

• Capture detailed requirements – Identify KPI’s, sustainability goals, or strategic measures that require tracking
• Identify current and available source(s) – Auto or Manual and identify any available options
• Analyze opportunities and obstacles

Plan

• Map data requirements for short-term deliverable and long-term scalability
• Plan data architecture needs that must be addressed
• Plan infrastructure needs (including virtual tools) to capture, store, analyze and relate data for intelligence
• Plan resource requirements
